We Support Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS)

As a high-street estate agent who has spent over 7 years helping people in Glasgow find their forever homes, we’re proud to be deeply rooted in our local community. We fundamentally believe that local businesses like ours should give something back to the areas and the people that they serve. That is why we have been involved in local charity events like Rally for Bally.

This year we chose to support four outstanding charities, amongst which Children’s Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS) who provide essential to children across Glasgow and the country. Offering comprehensive health and emotional support for babies, children and young children with life-shortening conditions, Children’s Hospices Across Scotland has been providing palliative care and family respite help for over 20 years. With a network of hospices across Scotland, the charity is one of the most effective in the country when it comes to improving the quality of life for children with serious illnesses.

Vanilla Square support Children’s Hospices Across Scotland in a variety of different ways: from direct fundraising and donations to raising awareness of their work. We recently helped to organise a charity ex-pupils rugby match at St. Columba school in Kilmalcolm where our brand ambassador, Scottish Rugby star Finn Russell made an appearance. The event helped to raise several hundred pounds for charities including Children’s Hospices Across Scotland.

As well as supporting Children’s Hospices Across Scotland through fundraising and awareness-raising, we also support a number of other charities that are focused on provide vital support to vulnerable people, including Beatson Cancer Charity, and Glasgow Children’s Hospital.
