Transforming your bedroom into a luxurious retreat needn’t cause you sleepless nights over its cost, but there are few things that you might want to invest in… most importantly, the sheets.

At One Devonshire Gardens we use only the best Egyptian linen sheets (buy the highest thread that you can afford) to ensure guests have a luxurious night’s sleep. Sumptuous pillows are also a must have. They not only give your bed the visual impact but they are functional too. As a luxury hotel we spend a lot of time thinking about the best pillow combinations for each of our rooms.

Hotel Du Vin prides itself on creating a luxurious and cosy atmosphere which is extended throughout the entire hotel, particularly to its 49 bedrooms and suites. Every room is individually decorated with its own distinctive features and appeal. While fittings and furniture are important, you can add a touch of luxury to bathrooms with just the smallest of details, like scented candles, plush cotton towels and even decorative storage containers to ensure all your pampering supplies are stylishly stored away.

Once you have everything in place, all that’s left to do is dim the lights, run a bath and pretend that you are in paradise. Oh, and don’t forget to hang the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door.
