Property research cited in The Herald suggests that values in the G12 district of Glasgow— think classic ‘West End’ areas, like Hillhead, Dowanhill and Cleveden, rose by 7.18% over the last year, indicating that there’s an increasing demand for property as more people seek to move into the area. In all, that means that the value of property in the G12 area stands at an impressive £4.27bn.
