Vanilla Square:
Driving the business forward with rugby ace Finn Russell
With so much growth and expansion here at Vanilla Square, it’s hard to know where to start!
Let’s kick off with welcoming our first ambassador – Glasgow rugby star, Finn Russell.
The fly half – who has represented his native Scotland on 19 occasions to date – has a keen interest in property and has chosen to align himself with our brand.
Speaking of the partnership, Finn said: “Before my rugby career took off I was an apprentice stonemason and I’ve always been fascinated by construction and property.
“I met the guys at Vanilla Square and was really impressed with what they’re doing – I wanted to tap into their knowledge and expertise”
Finn added: “This is a company that shares my own values, as it’s ambitious, young, fun and determined to grow. I’m a long way away from hanging up my boots but it’s great to have another interest off the field, which might develop in to an option for me when I do leave the game. I’m looking forward to getting stuck in!”
Since we started our journey in 2009, Vanilla Square has enjoyed steady growth and the increased demand on the business has resulted in significant change in recent months – from our new-look website at one end of the scale to our brand new headquarters at the other.
Our former office at Hyndland has been a great stepping-stone but we’ve now outgrown that space and that’s a great problem to have.
The move to the bigger site at [exact name and location to be inserted here], along with the new partnership with Finn Russell, highlights where we are as a business and the direction we are heading.
We chose the location of the new office because it is in an area of Great Western Road that is enjoying regeneration and we believe our brand sits very well alongside the trendy new restaurants, bars and shops that are also opening in the area.
In terms of our relationship with Finn, our highly experienced team of experts will help the rugby player build his property portfolio and teach him the trade in-house – when he’s not playing or training, of course!
You can follow his progress on the following social media accounts and keep a close eye to this blog, where you will can read more about his role in helping drive forward Vanilla Square.
